FoodX is looking for a full-time, permanent Technical Support Specialist. Our head office is located at #105 5566 Trapp Avenue, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
This Technical Support Specialist will support our business in Belgium, Europe, so the hours worked will be approximately 8:00 am- 4:30 pm Central European Standard Time Zone. The candidate hired must be able to permanently work 11:00 pm- 8:00 am approximately if located in the west coast of Canada or 2:00 am- 11:00 am if located in east coast. We are also open to candidates who are living in Belgium currently.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will help support our developers and users in Belgium, with our current and next generation of FoodX Technology’s systems. In this role, you will be critical in diagnosing and solving issues that end users face. The ideal candidate is a focused individual with proven ability to prioritize well and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to creatively collaborate and execute team goals will affect scalability and directly contribute to the company mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable e-grocery.
